Can I request a custom package?
Yes. If none of the packages fit, tell us what you need in the brief and we will put together a custom scope and quote — usually within one working day.
How do I pay?
We accept bKash and debit / credit cards. Payment details and the schedule are confirmed with your quote, before any work starts.
How many revisions are included?
Every package lists its revision rounds — from 1 on entry-level packages to 3 on premium ones. Need more? Extra rounds can be added and are quoted before we start them.
What if I need more than the package includes?
Anything outside the package is quoted up front, before the extra work starts — no surprise charges. Or move up to the next package if it covers what you need.
Do you offer monthly retainers for all services?
Graphic Design and Video Editing have fixed monthly plans on the pricing page. For Web Development, Branding, Meta Ads and Business Profiles we can set up a custom retainer — just ask.
How do I get started?
Pick a package on the pricing page and hit its button — it opens our short order form with that package already noted. You will get a reply within one working day.
